Dates and Walnut Biscuits

Thanks to the dates, this is not a crumbly more a soft, cewey snack that packed with nutrition. Dates are a great source of antioxidants and brain booster. So does the walnut which also high in Omega-3.

1 cup chopped dates
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 vegetable oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1. Soak the dates in warm water for half an hour then drain off the water. Blend with the oils and walnut to get a rough paste.
2. Mix it with all the remaining ingredients and put to the fridge for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven for 180 C degrees. Roll out the dough between 2 grease paper and cut out the shapes. Bake for 7 minutes.
